We are seeing an increase in calls from Cypress Point residents experiencing ant activity inside their homes or in their backyards. The best Insect and Pest Management (IPM) program would be to treat the exterior common areas, as well as the interior of the homes of the residents, who are currently experiencing ant activity inside their home or in their backyard. Animal and Insect Pest Management (AIPM) will treat, AT NO CHARGE TO THE RESIDENT, on our normal scheduled service days on Wednesday August 4th and 18th any resident who calls to PRE-SCHEDULE an ant treatment.
