COMMUNITY WINDOW WASHING

According to Exhibit F of the Cypress Point CC&Rs: “The Association shall wash the exterior of the windows with such frequency as the Board determines in its sole discretion”. Last year, the Board decided the windows throughout the community were in need of some attention so a contract was signed with Super Clean to wash all exterior windows in Cypress Point in the spring of 2011. Window washing will being during the week of April 4th and will run until completion. Prior notification will be provided a few weeks before the project begins so everyone knows when their window is scheduled to be washed. Please be on the lookout for more information as the project start date approaches.

Parking Policy Update

The Board of Directors met with Security Specialists during the January Board meeting to determine whether or not to hire the company to enforce the newly adopted parking policy. Security Specialists current conducts courtesy patrols of the community, but would begin enforcement should the Board decide to contract directly with the company for this purpose. CYPRESS POINT BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING SCHEDULE FOR 2011!

Happy New Year to all members of the Cypress Point Community Association! The Cypress Point Board of Directors Meeting will be held monthly on the 4th Tuesday of the month. The first meeting of the new year will be held on January 25th at 8:00 PM at the Horizon Clubhouse. Please join us for the first meeting of 2011 to hear what the Board has in store for the new year!

No December Meeting

There will be no December Board of Directors Meeting. Meetings will reconvene in 2011 on the fourth Tuesday of the month.

PARKING POLICY ADOPTED!

During the November 30, 2010 Board of Directs meeting, the Cypress Point Board adopted the new Cypress Point Parking Policy and will begin immediate enforcement of the policy up to and including towing vehicle who are in violation. Please review the policy and comply. If you have questions about the policy, contact PMP immediately.

PARKING POLICY ADOPTED SOON!

Very soon the Cypress Point parking policy will become effective. While the policy has been out to the membership for a thirty day review, you may have received a yellow warning notice on your car. Yellow notices were provided as a courtesy so that homeowners understand what will not be allowable under the new parking policy. Once the policy is adopted, warning notices will not be provided for vehicles parking in area subject to immediate tow. The Association installed tow signage at each community entry point and will be strictly enforcing the new policy.
