ANNUAL TRASH CAN CLEAN OUT

On August 11th, Advantage Disposal and Recycling Service will be cleaning all trash cans throughout the community. Please leave all of your cans (Trash and recycling) out until they are cleaned. Make a note of the numbers on your cans to ensure you collect your freshly cleaned cans. Unfortunately, there have been reports of people taking other homeowner’s clean cans after missing the annual trash can clean out day.

SUMMER TIME REMINDERS

Now that Summer is in full swing and the kids are out of school, you will notice more youngsters playing throughout the community. Please keep your speed down while driving through the community and talk to your children about being respectful to their neighbors by avoiding disruptive and noisy activities in adjoining courtyard areas of the community.
